Lean Thinking - LIQuID

Lean Thinking is often thought of as a set of tools and techniques which can support organisations in providing exceptionally high quality services and products, whilst at the same time increasing productivity and reducing costs.

Lean can achieve all this and more. The world we live in is constantly changing and as a result organisations need to change too. When the right approach to Lean implementation is adopted it can also support the development of a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving so organisations can adapt to change, stand out from their competitors, grow and have sustainable futures.

With this in mind we have developed a Lean implementation programme called LIQuID which stands for Lean Implementation for Quality, Innovation and Delivery. This programme focuses on building Lean capabilities and is a sustainable approach to change.

LIQuID is based around your needs so no delivery programme is the same. We will work with you to identify areas of focus and then support you through training, consultancy and/or practical hands on support so we can assist you in meeting your goals and aspirations.

Identity Development - CUPId

In the world of business an identity is how your customers or service users and other members of the public view your organisation, whether this be good, bad, or even not at all if they don’t know you exist.

We have developed a systematic approach, called CUPId (Creating Unique and Personalised Identities) which can support you in understanding what steps need to be taken so your organisation can create a unique identity and differentiate from your competitors, thereby providing you with a competitive advantage.

This will ultimately enable you to keep the customers and/or service users you have as well as gaining new ones, resulting in an increased market share.

Community Engagement - EPIC

Community engagement is important for any organisation, whether this be in the public, private or third sector.

Community engagement can:

  1. improve communication
  2. be used to inform, consult and involve the community
  3. build trust and improve an organisation's reputation

We have developed our own community engagement process called EPIC (Engaging People In Communities). This can help you whether you want your organisation to demonstrate that you are:

  • meeting the needs of the community
  • offering value for money
  • involving the community in decision making

all of which are particularly important in the current economic climate.

We will work with you to identify your needs so you will receive a truly bespoke service to meet your requirements.
